This Refund Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases from us, unless stated otherwise.
(1) CUSTOMER SATISFACTION IS OUR PRIORITY
At KBN888 Pty Ltd trading as “Keepsakes by Nicoleta”, customer satisfaction is our priority.
We offer refunds, repairs and replacements in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law and on the terms set out in this Policy. Please note that products containing cremated remains, hair, breastmilk and other personal inclusions cannot be returned for a refund but can be repaired under the Keepsakes by Nicoleta International guarantee warranty. In case of a major manufacturer’s defect (which is not from wear and tear and improper use), we can completely remake the piece of jewellery free of charge.
Any benefits set out in this Policy may apply in addition to consumer’s rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
This Policy should be read before purchasing, so all rights and expectations are understood in advance.
(2) AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW
(a) Under the Australian Consumer Law:
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
(b) Refunds, repairs and replacements are offered in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
(c) If our product or service has a failure which does not amount to a major failure (as defined in the Australian Consumer Law) then the customer may have their products repaired or replaced free of charge, provided it is within the Keepsakes by Nicoleta Warranty; and at a cost when it is outside of the Keepsakes by Nicoleta International warranty.
(3) CHANGE OF MIND
There is no refund for change of mind 24 hours after purchase on our website: www.keepsakesbynicoleta.com.au
(4) PRODUCTS DAMAGED DURING DELIVERY
In the event our product is damaged during delivery:
(a) Please contact us as soon as possible.
(b) Any damaged product must be returned in the condition it was received, together with any packaging and other items received at the same time.
(c) The damaged product will be repaired or replaced with an equivalent product, provided we are notified of the damage within five working days from receipt.
Notwithstanding the other provisions of this Policy, we may refuse to provide a repair, replacement or refund for a product or service you purchased if:
(a) The product has been misused in any way, including care that is not in line with our care instructions.
(b) The customer was advised of any faults and still chose to accept the product with knowledge of said faults.
(c) The product was serviced or altered by other parties.
6) SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURNS
(a) In the event that our product fails to meet one or more Consumer Guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law we will bear any costs of shipping the said product (the “Returned Product”) back to us, as well as any costs of shipping any replacement product to you.
(b) The customer is responsible for shipping arrangements of the Returned Product back to us. If the Returned Product is eligible for a repair, replacement or refund under the terms of this Policy (including under the Australian Consumer Law) the customer will be reimbursed for the reasonable postage, shipping or transportation costs for the Returned Product.
(7) RESPONSE TIME
We aim to process any requests for repairs, replacements, or refunds within 30 days of having received them.
(8) HOW TO RETURN PRODUCTS
(a) Customers may contact us to discuss a return using the details at the end of this Policy.
(b) We will pay any refunds in the same form as the original purchase or to the same account or credit card as was used to make the original purchase, unless otherwise determined at our sole discretion.
We require proof of purchase to process a refund, repair, or replacement.
A government-issued identification document may be required for us to complete a refund, repair, or replacement.

Keepsakes By Nicoleta International Guarantee
The following International Guarantee applies to Keepsakes by Nicoleta items sold or presented for guaranteed services in any country (including The United States of America, United Kingdom, Canada and Australia).
Particulars of International Guarantee
Your Keepsakes by Nicoleta item has been manufactured according to the high-quality standards with complete patience and care by our dedicated craftspeople. Nevertheless, Keepsakes By Nicoleta items are covered by this International Guarantee against defects in manufacturing and materials.
Please contact our team at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide guaranteed services as defined herein.
Keepsakes by Nicoleta warrant its products against defects in materials and manufacturing for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase (the “Guarantee period”). If the product is returned during the Guaranteed period, we will repair or replace any defective Keepsakes By Nicoleta items. Keepsakes by Nicoleta do not cover damage caused by wear and tear or improper care of jewellery.
No part of the Keepsakes by Nicoleta jewellery may be removed, changed, altered, replaced, erased or defaced, and all care instructions must be followed.
Failure to comply with any of our care instructions voids all warranty rights. This warranty is the sole and exclusive remedy. Keepsakes by Nicoleta shall not be liable for any incidental damage.
Keepsakes by Nicoleta do not authorise any distributor or dealer of its products to make any warranties beyond this limited warranty, or to otherwise assume for Keepsakes by Nicoleta any obligations or liability in connection with the sale or distribution of its products.
