OUR PROCESS

STEP 1

Choose the beautiful keepsake/keepsakes and place your order online. You can pay at checkout using Credit Card or EFT payment (depending on the payment terms discussed and agreed on with KBN888 Pty Ltd Trading as Keepsakes by Nicoleta)

STEP 2

Send us the precious inclusions to PO BOX 1417, BAULKHAM HILLS NSW 1755 with the family's name and order number/invoice number inside the precious parcel together with the inclusions. Please use double zip lock bag method for Cremated Remains and label correctly each sample. When your special parcel arrives, we will send you an email to let you know.

STEP 3

After we received the precious inclusions, we will start work on the stones for the order or engravings. This can take up to 3-4 weeks. If you order a ring on behalf of your family please use one of the ring sizers provided and follow measurement instructions. You can let us know the ring size in notes at checkout when placing your order or send us a photo via email if you are not sure of the size read

STEP 4

We will send you a sneak peek photo so you can share with your family and help them in their grieving process while they’re waiting for their precious keepsake to be ready.

STEP 5

Our stone setters will work their magic and permanently set the keepsake stone in your piece of jewellery. This step can take up to 2-3 weeks.

STEP 6

We will send the keepsakes via express post with tracking and insurance along with any leftover ashes or hair. You will receive Australia Post or TNT tracking information (depending on the postage method chosen at the time of ordering) straight to your inbox. You can choose for us to send the precious parcel straight to your Family’s address or to the Funeral home/Crematoria/Cemetery/Memorial Park for the Family to come and collect. This information has to be completed at the time of ordering.
